The reservation term is unlimited. However avoid too long and too short reservations. It's better to make your reservation in a month or so (especially in high season) before the date of your arrival.

We require that all customers pre-pay for the first night's accommodation in each apartment by either credit card or cash transfer via Western Union. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining payment for your apartment rental must be paid in cash to the apartment owner or a representative from our company on your day of arrival in St. Petersburg.
